Product Team Coaching
Product team coaching raises the judgment of a B2B SaaS product team: how its managers frame problems, make trade-offs and defend decisions, worked through their real roadmap rather than a course. It is measured on decision quality and retention of the team. A standard engagement is $8,000 a month for 20 to 25 hours, with a 3 month minimum in 2026.
This engagement fits a funded B2B SaaS company between $2M and $15M ARR with product managers who are capable but under-developed, and no senior product leader to grow them. If three of the four lines below describe your quarter, the fit is strong.
Stage
Series A or B, with two to six product managers and nobody senior above them.
Revenue
$2M to $15M ARR, where every significant product decision still escalates to the founder.
Symptom
Your PMs write tickets well and cannot say no to a customer request with a reason.
Decision
You are weighing a senior hire against growing the people you already have.
Not for you if you want a training course rather than coaching on live work, need someone to manage the team day to day, or are hoping coaching will fix a hiring mistake.
Every figure below is from shipped, measured work in engagements led by Sivan Kadosh as Fractional CPO. None of it is a projection.
Sivan is an excellent product manager, product leader and team member. He cares passionately about delighting customers and is highly capable at all levels from strategic direction to writing detailed documents. I would recommend him 10/10 to any company.

Fractional CPO. 18+ years leading product in B2B SaaS, real-estate tech and fintech. You work with me, not a bench.
Product team coaching is senior product judgment transferred to your product managers through their own work: their roadmap, their stakeholders, their trade-offs. It is not a curriculum. The test is whether your PMs make the call I would make when I am not in the room.

You cannot coach someone into caring about the outcome. What you can do is give a capable product manager the frameworks and the cover to say no with a reason, and then let them do it in front of their stakeholders until it is theirs. That is the whole job.
If you need the decisions owned rather than the team developed, read about embedded product leadership. For the leaders above them, see product leadership coaching.
You get one senior product executive coaching your team for 20 to 25 hours a month, accountable for the team's decision quality rather than for training hours delivered. The work runs on your live roadmap, not on case studies.

I sit in your rituals and read your artefacts before coaching anyone, so the work targets the actual gap.
03
Weekly sessions on real decisions, with the frameworks handed over as we go so the team keeps them.
Bring your roadmap and your retention numbers. You get a senior product read on both.

Sivan is an excellent product manager and I wholeheartedly recommend him. He has created value in a variety of ways, from top-down vision, mission and goal work alongside the senior leadership team, to taking on complex business analysis and wireframing tasks.
Sivan played two major roles at the same time as a CEO and VP Product at Naxex. As part of his role as VP Product, he identified creative ideas, developed sharp strategies and built the road map while focusing on customer experience and business needs. Any company would be lucky to have Sivan.
