What is the difference between Coaching and Consulting?
Consulting focuses on the product (strategy, roadmap, delivery), where I do the work. Product Leadership Coaching focuses on YOU, the leader. I help you develop the skills and confidence to lead the work yourself.
How often do we meet?
Most engagements start with weekly sessions to build momentum and address immediate challenges, then move to bi-weekly sessions for ongoing support and growth.
Can you coach my entire product team?
Yes. While 1:1 executive coaching is for the leader, I also offer group coaching workshops for PM teams to align on processes, strategy, and best practices.
Is this only for C-level executives?
